Fudge Hut in Leavenworth is in need of a friendly, energetic individual to join our team as a counter salesperson and a fudge cutter/wrapper. The position pays $17 per hour plus tips to start. Tips are distributed on paydays and can add anywhere from $2 to $8 per hour to your base pay, depending on how busy it is. Shifts are approximately 8 hours, and we are currently looking to fill 2 or 3 weekdays as well as extra days as availability and business allow. This position would be excellent for students looking for a summer job with potential to keep working reduced hours during the school year. It may also be a good fit for someone looking for a second part-time job.
No prior experience is necessary, but a positive, friendly attitude is a big plus. Bonus points if you enjoy interacting with the public. :) Must be able to be on your feet all day and be comfortable with repetitive hand motions.
About us: Fudge Hut is a family-owned fudge and retail shop in downtown Leavenworth. We are a small but tight-knit team who all enjoy working together. The atmosphere is laidback but can get extremely busy at times.

What you’ll do:
Greets and warmly engages guests

JOB SUMMARY:
• To ensure that facilities and grounds are clean and ready for guest use, dependent on guest group schedule.
• To clean, sanitize and tidy facilities, including floors, walls, windows, furniture, kitchens and appliances, bathrooms and fixtures

• Assisting with snow removal near entrances, and other facilities and grounds general maintenance tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Specific duties may include but are not limited to: vacuuming floors and furnishings, mopping hard surface floors, cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning walls and windows, cleaning and disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms, emptying and sanitizing waste baskets, washing laundry, organizing linens and laundry room.
2. Make beds and set towels as necessary.

4. Record supply inventory as directed by supervisor. Inform supervisor when cleaning or house supplies are low.
5. Observe established policies and procedures.
6. Cleans and prepares the Creekside pavilion, amphitheater, front porch of lodge, and outside bathrooms for client use.
7. Snow removal near entrances and general care and job tasks as assigned.
RELATIONSHIPS, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests, and with courtesy and respect.
2. Ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks on scheduled and sometimes on short notice.

Job Description: Adventure Guides may be responsible for either working on attractions or guest services. Seasonal positions run from May 22, 2025 -September 1st, 2025. This includes:
Selling tickets
Food and beverage
Merchandise
Safe and efficient operation of all attractions
Ticket compliance
In addition, and under supervision, guides may perform light maintenance and cleaning, and periodic inspections. Guides may be assigned to any attraction or station, and/or rotate throughout an assigned shift. Guides are also responsible for area cleanliness.
